Hi, I’m Dona Ternai and here’s my story.

I'm a certified Integrative Medicine Health Coach, a graphic designer, yogi, entrepreneur, and seeker. I have always been passionate about health, nutrition, exercise, meditation, and spirituality and am continually learning. Facing my own chronic health issues, I know how scary it is to be diagnosed with a disease and how difficult and frustrating it was to find help in conventional medicine. I found that functional and alternative medicine had the answers to help me heal and educate myself. I began working with a medical intuitive, Lori Morrison and Functional Medicine Practitioners. Then decided to take a step further and enrolled in the Academy for Integrative Medicine Health Coaching Program and studied with Dr. Keesha Ewers.

What I love about the AIM Health Coaching program is that it taught me how to review Functional Medicine Lab tests, the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, and to look at the whole being. Our body’s health and wellness are all interconnected with what’s going on in the mind, both mental and emotional, the physical body, lifestyle, spirituality, and relationships. Through my private coaching practice, EnVision Wellness, I can now assist you on your own journey to vibrant health by making this process a little easier and less stressful for you. I provide the guidance, tools, information, and support you need to be empowered to heal yourself.

and what I’ve
LEARNED is:

  1. There is no quick fix. Healing isn't easy and it takes time and patience.

  2. Food is medicine. Your diet really does affect your mood, how you feel, and how your body functions. Eating the right foods for your body will help you overcome many ailments that you deal with every day.

  3. Taking a supplement usually isn’t enough because if you’re not dealing with the stuff going on in your life, heart, and mind, you are still going to be unhealthy.

  4. You must deal with unresolved hurts, resentment, pain, and emotional traumas — learn to forgive yourself and others.

  5. Disease doesn't happen overnight. It develops over many years of ignoring the signals your body provides. Pay attention to things you think are normal like gas, bloating, skin issues, joint pain, heartburn, headaches, and fatigue. This isn’t normal.

  6. Stress is the #1 cause for disease. You will heal when you learn to manage stress.

  7. It’s essential to exercise, get out in nature, and have quiet time for self-reflection and meditation.

  8. Sleep heals and you need at least 8 hours every night.

  9. Believe you can heal yourself and surround yourself with people who support you.

  10. You are not alone. I along with spirit are here to support you on your path to vibrant health and wellness.
