Together we’ll choose a program that’s right for you.
Individual health coaching is a process that usually takes 3-6 months or more depending on the severity of the health condition and individual needs. Frequency of sessions may vary based on the individual and the concerns. I offer 30-minute bi-monthly check-ins or monthly 60-minute sessions that are held virtually via zoom video-conference.
As a client of my health coaching program, you will:

Receive information and support to follow a protocol that you have received from your doctor.

We’ll review your current eating and exercise habits and depending on your goals, help you with weight management, food cravings, digestive issues, food allergies, and diet. Food is medicine and has the power to reverse disease. By recommending individualized food plans and exercise, I’ll help you optimize your body chemistry and enhance your nutritional practices.
