Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup organic canned pumpkin

  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or all spice

  • 1 banana

  • 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut or coconut flakes

  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (optional)

  • 1 scoop protein powder


Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
