1/3 cup organic canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or all spice
1 banana
2 Tbsp. shredded coconut or coconut flakes
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. coconut oil (optional)
1 scoop protein powder
