Lemon Baked Salmon Fillets

This is a delicious baked salmon to prepare and marinate overnight.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium size wild-caught salmon fillets

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (also available gluten-free)

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder

  • 1 tsp. minced garlic


Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Marinate salmon fillets overnight in a covered glass baking dish.

The next day, bake at 375º oven until fish flakes with a fork about 10 minutes.
