Lemon Baked Salmon Fillets
This is a delicious baked salmon to prepare and marinate overnight.
Ingredients
2 medium size wild-caught salmon fillets
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (also available gluten-free)
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder
1 tsp. minced garlic
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Marinate salmon fillets overnight in a covered glass baking dish.
The next day, bake at 375º oven until fish flakes with a fork about 10 minutes.
